The Sette utilizes Baratza’s new innovative grinding system where the outer burr rotates and the inner burr is fixed. This mechanism allows for added efficiency, durability and exceptional grind quality. The grind is easily adjusted using the micrometrical wheel on the front of the grinder. The Sette is a great choice for many different uses from espresso to all types of manual brew.

The Sette 270 features 3 electronically programmable, timed doses.

Great grinder!

A lot of reviews saying it's noisy. It might be a bit, but it's in an acceptable level. What makes me love this grinder, is it's perfect for single dosing!

Sette 270 grinder

Great grinder, easy too use and lots of grind settings, plus the grind rate is very fast.
From other reviews I've read about this grinder people complain about the noise, however it is quieter than my last grinder and I don't have an issue with the noise level. It does sound a bit different but you have to remember that with the design of this grinder it is coming directly off the burs into the porta filter, so you will get more of the direct grind noise that other designs
