The Mazzer Mini would be a great purchase for the serious home barista or for a café with low consumption. We find that the output of the Manual version is far superior to both electronic versions. If time is a factor for you than we would recommend the manual version. The doser has a large capacity and although you have to manually measure out each dose it is still quicker than having to wait for the electronic version to do it for you.

If you were using the grinder at home to make only a few coffees a day than we would recommend the electronic versions. The electronic dosage makes it possible to maintain a consistent dose making it much easier to pull off a good espresso shot each time. The Mini is a top of the line machine and any serious coffee drinker would be pleased with the capabilities of this grinder.

We rate it 4.5 out of 5 stars
