The roasting process is beautiful to look at and taste. Small quantities of green beans can now be roasted in a glass chamber on a bed of hot air thanks to an engineering breakthrough. The mesh-covered vents of the Roastilino allow the inviting and delightful aromas of freshly roasted coffee to permeate the air. The beans dance in the hot air during the theatrical delight's mesmerizing transformation from green to lightly roasted hazelnut and finally rich brown.
